Most products displayed on our Web Site or in our catalog are available in the Tribbles Home & Garden store located at 217 West Broadway in Tribeca, NY. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our Web Site or in our catalog may not be available at the Tribbles Home & Garden store. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and dimensions of products however the actual colors and sizes will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The prices displayed on our Web Site or in our catalog are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the U.S.
RETURN POLICY
Our customers will be happy with our products, or we will do anything we can satisfy them. Tribbles Home & Garden is committed to providing the highest quality merchandise and customer service. If any merchandise arrives broken, spoiled or otherwise damaged, please call us at 212-965-8480 immediately and we'll replace it. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any other reason, please return for exchange or merchandise credit. You may also bring the purchase to the store for exchange or merchandise credit.
RETURN BY MAIL
Please return in an appropriate box and please indicate for the reason for return and what you would like - replacement or merchandise credit. If you do not have the receipt or invoice please write a letter that includes:
Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Item number, Reason for return. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement or Merchandise Credit.
